How To Install

A complete set of fitting instructions and a template are included with every panel. As with any electrical appliance, the fitting of the heating panels must be carried out by a fully qualified electrician. The heating panel is supplied with 2 safety, fixing brackets, with the exception of the larger panels which are supplied with 4 safety, fixing brackets. The instructions below are for initial guidance only, please follow complete installation instructions supplied with panel.

  1. Using the template, mark on the wall where the brackets are to be fitted.
  2. Fit brackets and safety washers to wall.
  3. Fit heat resistant electrical socket to wall.
  4. Attach panel power cord to heat resistant socket outlet. Do not cut power cord.
  5. Raise panels and attach to fixed brackets. Please note that where 2 brackets are used there are 2 spacers fitted to the panel to ensure correct spacing from the wall. The panels must not be tilted when fitting to the brackets.
  6. Gently tighten the screw nuts. Do not over tighten.

The panels can also be fitted to a mains socket by attaching a plug to the panel power cord.We recommend that in order for the heating panel to be used most efficiently and cost effectively a room thermostat should be used.

To assist in setting up for the fitting of the panels, we are happy to send out a template and fitting instructions on receipt of your order.
